A factory-ready tech pack is prepared and issued for quoting so suppliers price against a controlled scope. The pack covers BOM, construction callouts, measurement spec with tolerances, artwork and placement, plus packaging, label and barcode requirements. Quotes are then aligned and reviewed on a like-for-like basis to confirm pricing, lead times, and expectations before sampling proceeds.
The Proto stage confirms first execution, workmanship, and base fit direction before moving into bulk-intent sampling. Feedback is consolidated into a single comment sheet, revisions are controlled, and factory actions are issued clearly so the sample process stays efficient and decisions remain consistent.
PPS is the bulk-intent approval gate and becomes the reference standard for production. Bulk fabric and trims, colour standards, branding and placement, finishing, and pack-out requirements are verified at this stage. Approvals are recorded and the sealed standard is locked so production runs consistently from the approved benchmark.
After PPS approval, bulk production is managed against the critical path with planned versus actual tracking and proactive supplier follow-up. TOP (Top of Production/Top of Bulk) checks confirm the production line set-up and output match the approved PPS before the full run continues. QC gates are scheduled at the right points in the timeline so quality remains consistent, timelines stay protected, and bulk stays aligned to the approved standard.
Delivery is managed with shipment readiness checks, documentation control, and pack-out verification against the approved standard. Freight paperwork is compiled and issued (commercial invoice, packing list, carton marks and labels), tracking is shared, and milestones are monitored through to receipt. A structured handover confirms quantities, condition, and any follow-up actions so the program lands cleanly and remains repeatable for reorders.
